產品描述
Rolipram是選擇性，細胞通透性良好的PDE4抑制劑（IC50=1 µM）[1]，可以抑制嗜酸性粒細胞中C5a刺激的LTC4合成(IC50 = 200 nM)[2]和LPS誘導單核細胞的TNFa產生(IC50 = 360 nM)[3]，有報道稱rolipram具有抗炎癥作用，已被用在哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的治療中 [2]。Rolipram還降低了豚鼠結腸平滑肌的隔離帶中對OVA的初始和延遲反應[1]。Rolipramye 促進了生理環境（而非缺血環境）中新生細胞的增殖，并顯著提高神經細胞的存活。
