rexroth力士樂齒輪泵體內相互嚙合的主、從動齒輪2和3與兩端蓋及泵體一起構成密封工作容積,齒輪的嚙合點將左、右兩腔隔開,形成了吸、壓油腔,當齒輪按圖示方向旋轉時,右側吸油腔內的輪齒脫離嚙合,密封工作腔容積不斷增大,形成部分真空,油液在大氣壓力作用下從油箱經吸油管進入吸油腔,并被旋轉的輪齒帶入左側的壓油腔。左側壓油腔內的輪齒不斷進入嚙合,使密封工作腔容積減小,油液受到擠壓被排往系統,這就是齒輪泵的吸油和壓油過程。在齒輪泵的嚙合過程中,嚙合點沿嚙合線,把吸油區和壓油區分開
