澳大利亞BatteryEnergy(BE)電池成立于1987年,是全密封免維護(hù)鉛酸蓄電池制造公司,專業(yè)研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)膠體和普通AGM鉛酸蓄電池?cái)?shù)十年。本部生產(chǎn)廠位于澳大利亞悉尼Fairfield,2009年以專有的膠體電池技術(shù)在中國與廣州豐江實(shí)業(yè)有限公司采用中外合作方式設(shè)立了海外生產(chǎn)基地,產(chǎn)品100%外銷東南亞和歐美市場(chǎng)。2012年,BE電池收購了中國合作公司廣州豐江的100%股權(quán),豐江成為BE電池在中國的全資制造子公司。目前,BatteryEnergy電池在中國市場(chǎng)主要銷售以下兩大系列產(chǎn)品:Energel系列膠體鉛酸蓄電池和Powerlyte系列普通AGM鉛酸蓄電池。
技術(shù)指標(biāo):國標(biāo)為0ms。
這項(xiàng)主要是測(cè)試由逆變器供電轉(zhuǎn)換到市電供電或由市電供電轉(zhuǎn)換到逆變器供電時(shí)的轉(zhuǎn)換特性。測(cè)試的時(shí)候需有存儲(chǔ)示波器和能夠模擬市電變化的調(diào)壓器。
此外,轉(zhuǎn)換試驗(yàn)要在100%負(fù)載下進(jìn)行,特別是由市電轉(zhuǎn)換到不間斷電源上時(shí),相當(dāng)于不間斷電源的逆變器突然加載,輸出波形可能在1~2個(gè)周期內(nèi)有10%的變化。切換時(shí)間就是負(fù)載的斷電時(shí)間。此項(xiàng)測(cè)試是檢測(cè)轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)供電有無斷點(diǎn),如有斷點(diǎn),而且斷點(diǎn)超過20ms就會(huì)造成信號(hào)丟失。在線式不間斷電源一般不會(huì)有斷點(diǎn),但其波形幅值會(huì)有瞬時(shí)變化,要求在半周期內(nèi)消失。另外,因?yàn)椴婚g斷電源在市電正常時(shí),逆變器工作頻率是跟蹤市電頻率的,一旦市電中斷,逆變器頻率*由本機(jī)振蕩器來控制,這一突然變化是隨機(jī)性的,它與市電中斷前的瞬間狀態(tài)和本機(jī)振蕩器的狀態(tài)有關(guān),這種頻率控制的瞬態(tài)變化,可能造成輸出頻率變化達(dá)30%,很多負(fù)載無法適應(yīng)這一變化。
2.突加或突減負(fù)載的測(cè)試
先用電源擾動(dòng)分析測(cè)量空載、穩(wěn)態(tài)時(shí)的相電壓與頻率,然后突加負(fù)載由0%至100%或突減負(fù)載由100%至0%,若不間斷電源不間斷輸出瞬變電壓在-8%~+10%之間(可依據(jù)機(jī)型的該項(xiàng)指標(biāo)而定),而且在20ms內(nèi)恢復(fù)到穩(wěn)態(tài),則此不間斷該項(xiàng)指標(biāo)合格;若不間斷電源輸出瞬變電壓超出此范圍時(shí),就會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的浪涌電流,無論對(duì)負(fù)載還是對(duì)不間斷本身都是極其不利的,這種不間斷電源則不合適選用。
常規(guī)測(cè)試
1)過載能力
技術(shù)指標(biāo):國標(biāo)為120%過載時(shí)間10mim,150%過載時(shí)間60s。
測(cè)試方法:分別用線性負(fù)載和非線性負(fù)載兩種方法測(cè)量。
過載特性是用戶比較關(guān)心的一點(diǎn),也是衡量不間斷電源的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。過載測(cè)試主要是為了檢驗(yàn)不間斷電源整機(jī)的過載能力,保證即使運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)過負(fù)載現(xiàn)象時(shí),不間斷電源也能維持一定時(shí)間而不損壞設(shè)備。過載試驗(yàn)必須按設(shè)備指標(biāo)測(cè)試,并且要在25℃以內(nèi)的室溫下進(jìn)行。
2)蓄電池放電試驗(yàn)
蓄電池放電試驗(yàn)是為了檢驗(yàn)蓄電池的性能。在做放電試驗(yàn)時(shí),一是要記錄放電時(shí)間,應(yīng)滿足電源的后備時(shí)間;二是要觀測(cè)放電時(shí)的輸出電壓及放電保護(hù)值。一般情況下,在直流電壓變化15%時(shí),在100%負(fù)載情況下,不間斷電源輸出電壓變化為2%,可以滿足負(fù)載對(duì)供電的要求。當(dāng)市電中斷改由蓄電池供電時(shí),蓄電池電壓不能保持恒定,所以逆變器應(yīng)具有適應(yīng)直流電壓在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)變化的能力。由于各不間斷電源的直流電壓不一樣,因此直流欠壓告警值和直流欠壓關(guān)機(jī)值也不一樣,要根據(jù)不間斷電源說明書來進(jìn)行調(diào)整;三是要檢查是否有落后電池;四是要測(cè)量蓄電池的過橋壓降(一般為≤9mV)。如果不間斷電源蓄電池過橋壓降大,就應(yīng)該再并聯(lián)上一條過橋,或增加過橋的截面積。放電試驗(yàn)前必須對(duì)蓄電池進(jìn)行連續(xù)24h的不間斷充電。
3)浮充電壓的調(diào)整與設(shè)置
對(duì)于以下的蓄電池組,它們所需的浮充電壓分別為:
30×12V蓄電池組為405V
32×12V蓄電池組為432V
33×12V蓄電池組為445V
35×12V蓄電池組為473V
40×12V蓄電池組為540V
48×12V蓄電池組為649V
4)輸入電壓過壓、欠壓保護(hù)測(cè)試
技術(shù)指標(biāo):大功率不間斷電源國標(biāo)為380V(1-15%)~380V(1+10%)。
測(cè)試方法:用TNSGA-35/0.5型感應(yīng)自動(dòng)調(diào)壓器調(diào)節(jié)輸入電壓,當(dāng)輸入電壓超過范圍時(shí)應(yīng)報(bào)警,并轉(zhuǎn)換到蓄電池供電,整流器自動(dòng)關(guān)閉;當(dāng)輸入電壓恢復(fù)到額定允許范圍內(nèi)時(shí),設(shè)備應(yīng)自動(dòng)恢復(fù)運(yùn)行,即蓄電池自動(dòng)解除,轉(zhuǎn)為由市電運(yùn)行。在蓄電池自動(dòng)投入和解除的過程中,不間斷電源輸出電壓波形應(yīng)無變化。注意,此項(xiàng)測(cè)試一定要保證接線正確,特別是相序必須接對(duì)。另外,有的不間斷電源在市電超過+10%范圍時(shí),只有報(bào)警,而無蓄電池自動(dòng)投入的性能,只要當(dāng)市電低于-15%范圍時(shí),才有蓄電池自動(dòng)投入的功能。而有些不間斷電源是在市電超過-15%~+10%的范圍時(shí),都有蓄電池自動(dòng)投入的功能,測(cè)試時(shí)需要注意的地方。

1、太陽輻射量
在太陽電池組件的轉(zhuǎn)換效率一定的情況下,光伏系統(tǒng)的發(fā)電量是由太陽的輻射強(qiáng)度決定的。而太陽的輻射強(qiáng)度、光譜特性是隨著氣象條件而改變的。
2、太陽電池組件的傾斜角度
對(duì)于傾斜面上的太陽輻射總量及太陽輻射的直散分離原理可得:傾斜面上的太陽輻射總量Ht是由直接太陽輻射量Hbt天空散射量Hdt和地面反射輻射量Hrt部分組成。
Ht=Hbt+Hdt+Hrt
3、太陽電池組件的效率
*,硅是太陽能光伏電池主流的材料,因此其的轉(zhuǎn)化率一直是制約整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的重要因素。目前,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室中已經(jīng)成功實(shí)現(xiàn)把硅材料的轉(zhuǎn)化率提升至35%以上,這勢(shì)必會(huì)很大的降低太陽能發(fā)電的成本。
4、組合損失
凡是串連就會(huì)由于組件的電流差異造成電流損失;并連就會(huì)由于組件的電壓差異造成電壓損失;而組合損失可達(dá)到8%以上,中國工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化協(xié)會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定小于10%。因此為了減低組合損失,應(yīng)注意:
1)應(yīng)該在電站安裝前嚴(yán)格挑選電流*的組件串聯(lián)。
2)組件的衰減特性盡可能*。根據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T--9535規(guī)定,太陽電池組件的zui大輸出功率在規(guī)定條件下試驗(yàn)后檢測(cè),其衰減不得超過8%3:隔離二極管有時(shí)候是必要的。
5、溫度特性
溫度上升1℃,晶體硅太陽電池:zui大輸出功率下降0.04%,開路電壓下降0.04%(-2mv/℃),短路電流上升0.04%。為了避免溫度對(duì)發(fā)電量的影響,應(yīng)該保持組件良好的通風(fēng)條件。
6、灰塵損失
電站的灰塵會(huì)造成的損失可能達(dá)到6%!因此組件需要經(jīng)常擦拭。
7、zui大輸出功率跟蹤(MPPT)
從太陽電池應(yīng)用角度上看,所謂應(yīng)用,就是對(duì)太陽電池zui大輸出功率點(diǎn)的跟蹤。并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的MPPT功能在逆變器里面完成。
8、線路損失
系統(tǒng)的直流、交流回路的線損要控制在5%以內(nèi)。為此,設(shè)計(jì)上要采用導(dǎo)電性能好的導(dǎo)線,導(dǎo)線需要有足夠的直徑。施工不允許偷工減料。系統(tǒng)維護(hù)中要特別注意接插件以及接線端子是否牢固。
9、蓄電池的效率(獨(dú)立系統(tǒng))
獨(dú)立光伏系統(tǒng)需要用蓄電池,蓄電池的充電、放電效率直接影響系統(tǒng)的效率,也就是會(huì)影響到獨(dú)立系統(tǒng)的發(fā)電量。一般來說,鉛酸蓄電池的效率在80%左右;磷酸鐡鋰蓄電池效率90%以上。
