一、衢州箱泵一體化泵站工作原理
設(shè)備初次運(yùn)行時(shí),先根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)刈詠硭芫W(wǎng)進(jìn)水壓力zui低限值設(shè)定為壓力保護(hù)值,自來水流入泵組進(jìn)口和水箱內(nèi),水箱內(nèi)空氣通過通氣口自動(dòng)排出,設(shè)備通電置于自動(dòng)工作狀態(tài)。微機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)自來水管網(wǎng)進(jìn)水壓力與用戶管網(wǎng)供水壓力。
用水低峰時(shí)當(dāng)自來水管網(wǎng)供水量足,供水壓力*用戶管網(wǎng)壓力要求,微機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)使水泵進(jìn)入睡眠狀態(tài)或由穩(wěn)壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入穩(wěn)壓,保持狀態(tài),用戶的用水均從設(shè)備旁通管直接供給用戶,節(jié)能100%
用水高峰時(shí),當(dāng)自來水管網(wǎng)供水量足,壓力不足時(shí),微機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)根據(jù)水泵進(jìn)水口的自來水進(jìn)水壓力和用戶所需用水量,變頻軟啟動(dòng)水泵,實(shí)行疊加增壓,差多少,補(bǔ)多少,即充分利用自來水管網(wǎng)原有壓力,又確保用戶所需恒定壓力。
當(dāng)自來水管網(wǎng)供水壓力下降到事先設(shè)定的保護(hù)壓力值時(shí),微機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)通過智能疊加保護(hù)裝置,保證自來水管網(wǎng)供水壓力不再下降,底層直供水用戶管網(wǎng)壓力不破壞,加壓用戶水量又能滿足。
當(dāng)自來水管網(wǎng)供水量不足,壓力又不足時(shí),微機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)和智能疊加保護(hù)裝置協(xié)調(diào)動(dòng)作,連接在水箱的水泵進(jìn)水管上的智能進(jìn)水裝置自動(dòng)打開,從水箱取水向用戶變頻供水,確保設(shè)備不對(duì)自來水管網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓,又能充分保證用戶正常用水。
當(dāng)系統(tǒng)停電時(shí),恢復(fù)自來水管網(wǎng)自然供水,來電時(shí),自動(dòng)喚醒。當(dāng)自來水管網(wǎng)停水,水箱內(nèi)水位下降到zui低水位時(shí),自動(dòng)停機(jī),來水時(shí),恢復(fù)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
