REXROTH泵選型原則
1.REXROTH泵使所選泵的型式和性能符合裝置流量、揚程、壓力、溫度、汽蝕流量吸程等工藝參數的要求。
2.REXROTH泵必須滿足介質特性的要求。
對輸送易燃、易爆有毒或貴重介質的泵,要求軸封可靠或采用無泄漏泵,如磁力驅動泵、隔膜泵、屏蔽泵
對輸送腐蝕性介質的泵,要求對流部件采用耐腐蝕性材料。
對輸送含固體顆粒介質的泵,要求對流部件采用耐磨材料,必要時軸封用采用清潔液體沖洗。
3.REXROTH泵機械方面可靠性高、噪聲低、振動小。
4.REXROTH泵經濟上要綜合考慮到設備費、運轉費、維修費和管理費的總成本zui低。

REXROTH泵A10V0系列全型號現貨
REXROTH泵殼內,并緊固在泵軸上,泵軸由電機直接帶動。泵殼中央有液體吸管。液體經底閥和吸入管進入泵內。泵殼上的液體排出口與排出管連接。
在泵啟動前,泵殼內灌滿被輸送的液體;啟動后,葉輪由軸帶動高速轉動,葉片間的液體也必須隨著轉動。在離心力的作用下,液體從葉輪中心被拋向外緣并獲得能量,以高速離開葉輪外緣進入蝸形泵殼。在蝸殼中,液體由于流道的逐漸擴大而減速,又將部分動能轉變為靜壓能,zui后以較高的壓力流入排出管道,送至需要場所。液體由葉輪中心流向外緣時,在葉輪中心形成了一定的真空,REXROTH泵由于貯槽液面上方的壓力大于泵入口處的壓力,液體便被連續壓入葉輪中。可見,只要葉輪不斷地轉動,液體便會不斷地被吸入和排出。
直線泵工作原理不同與其它任何泵,REXROTH泵是采用磁懸浮原理和螺旋環流體力學結構實現流質推進,REXROTH泵即取消軸,取消軸連接,取消軸密封結構。啟動后電流轉化為磁場,磁場力驅動螺旋環運轉,即螺旋環提升流質前進。
