山武防爆壓力傳感器原理和普通壓力傳感器基本相同。被測介質的壓力通過聯(lián)通節(jié)傳送至防爆變送器,測量頭是一個可以改變電容量的元器件,由于壓力的作用,測量頭的電容量隨著壓力的變化面變化。測量頭輸出的變化電容傳送至振蕩板的振蕩器,振蕩器根據(jù)變化的電容量而改變振蕩頻率,變化的振蕩頻率信號經(jīng)過集成運算放大、檢波輸出振蕩頻率小的半波信號,此信號再送至智能微處理器。
