選擇正確測量話筒的指南

測量話筒有多種類型，涵蓋各種頻率范圍、動態范圍和應用場合。GRAS測量話筒是世界上好的。

外極化話筒

這些麥克風與標準前置放大器一起使用，如GRAS 26AK，它有一個7針LEMO連接器。前置放大器必須連接到電源模塊（例如GRAS 12AK）或分析儀輸入端，該模塊可為前置放大器提供電源，并為麥克風振膜提供200 V極化。

外極化麥克風是準確和穩定的，是非常關鍵的測量選擇。

預極化話筒

這些麥克風通常與CCP（恒流功率）前置放大器（如GRAS 26CA）一起使用。預極化麥克風必須連接到

CCP傳感器的輸入級或由CCP電源供電，例如GRAS 12AL。CCP前置放大器使用標準同軸電纜，從而降低成本。另一方面，預極化話筒的長期穩定性和高溫穩定性不如外極化話筒。

自由場傳聲器或壓力傳聲器或隨機入射傳聲器

測量話筒有三種類型：自由場、壓力和隨機入射。

您可以看到這三種測量話筒在較高頻率下的差異，在較高頻率下，話筒的大小與被測聲音的波長相當。

自由場話筒

自由場麥克風的設計基本上是為了測量聲壓，就像麥克風被引入聲場之前一樣。在較高的頻率下，麥克風本身在聲場中的存在會干擾局部聲壓。自由場話筒的頻率響應已經過仔細調整，以補償對局部聲場的干擾。（另請參見隨機入射話筒）。對于大多數聲壓級測量，例如聲級計、聲功率測量和聲輻射研究，建議使用自由場話筒。

壓力傳聲器

壓力傳聲器用于測量傳聲器振膜表面的實際聲壓。一個典型的應用是測量封閉耦合器中的聲壓，或如左圖所示，測量邊界或墻壁處的聲壓；在這種情況下，傳聲器構成墻的一部分，并測量墻壁本身的聲壓。建議將壓力傳聲器與GRAS RA0045 IEC 60318-4和RA0038 IEC 60318-5，2cc耦合器等耦合器一起使用，并用于封閉腔體內聲壓的研究。

隨機入射話筒

隨機入射麥克風用于測量聲場，其中聲音來自多個方向，例如在混響室或其他高反射環境中測量時。聲波在各個方向上的分布取決于這些聲波在各個方向上的分布。對于測量傳聲器，基于統計考慮確定了標準分布；由此產生了標準化的隨機入射傳聲器。根據ANSI標準，隨機入射通常用于聲壓級測量。

這不僅是話筒本身的功能，也是話筒使用的前置放大器的功能。麥克風的動態范圍在很大程度上與它的靈敏度直接相關。

測量傳聲器組

測量話筒組已經組合在一起，以滿足用戶的典型測量需求。獨立于您的測量系統和應用程序，您應該能夠找到一套適合您的需要。麥克風組可直接連接到所有專業測量系統，如圖所示，它們可用于CCP和7針LEMO輸入。

如果您的測量平臺支持符合ieee1451.4（TEDS）的智能傳感器，您可以簡單地插入麥克風，它們將通過其特定的屬性、類型和校準數據來識別自己。多渠道用戶特別喜歡的功能。

CCP機組使用高質量同軸電纜，而LEMO機組使用特殊的軟型多芯屏蔽電纜。如果要使用延長電纜，則應考慮對高頻和動態范圍的可能影響。

所有話筒組作為一個單元交付，并進行相應校準。成套設備隨附校準圖，包括整套裝置的靈敏度值和頻率響應曲線。因此，靈敏度值可直接用于系統設置。

為了頻繁驗證測量鏈，需要一個聲源。GRAS為此提供了一個114分貝的聲音校準器。根據使用情況和您的內部質量控制要求，我們建議至少每兩年重新校準一次。為了更準確的驗證，我們建議使用活塞式電話進行校準。GRAS提供114dB和134dB皮斯頓電話。此外，我們建議根據可靠的基準校準聲源。GRAS提供校準服務，并建議每兩年進行一次校準。
