2. 穩(wěn)定性更強(qiáng)舊款試劑盒的乙酰膽-堿酯酶和 Ellmans’ 試劑盒被替換成 HRP 以及 TMB,增強(qiáng)了穩(wěn)定性,無(wú)需儲(chǔ)存在 -20°C

3. 簡(jiǎn)化的實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟  – 直接標(biāo)記的一抗以及其他組件的改進(jìn)減少了所需試劑,從而簡(jiǎn)化了實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟。
