● 我用過(guò)貴公司的多種細(xì)胞因子的ELISA檢測(cè)試劑盒,包括顆粒酶B和穿孔素等。首先覺(jué)得試劑盒的質(zhì)量就很好,每次檢測(cè)后標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線均一性不錯(cuò),數(shù)據(jù)的可重復(fù)性強(qiáng)。其次試劑盒使用方便,簡(jiǎn)單,說(shuō)明書寫得很明確,操作起來(lái)可重復(fù)性也很好。總之,使用貴公司的ELISA試劑盒體驗(yàn)極-佳,接下來(lái)的科研工作如果做到ELISA實(shí)驗(yàn),也會(huì)首-選欣博盛的產(chǎn)品。

● 非常方便,并且說(shuō)明書上的步驟也非常詳細(xì),上手很快,反應(yīng)也比較靈敏,副孔之間以及每次重復(fù)的結(jié)果相差都不大,擬合出來(lái)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線R2值比較高,可信度也很不錯(cuò)。
