百納德蓄電池售后服務(wù)：
1． 對售出的電池我們建立《顧客檔案》，實(shí)行跟蹤服務(wù)。
2． 電池售出后，實(shí)行隨時跟蹤，并執(zhí)行每年少一次的*巡檢，并向顧客報告蓄電池使用情況，讓顧客用的放心。
3． 發(fā)生顧客投訴時，一小時內(nèi)提供解決方案。包括現(xiàn)場恢復(fù)方案及退貨處理方案，直到顧客滿意。宗旨是將客戶的麻煩降到小。
4． 正常情況下，退回電池在到貨兩周內(nèi)出具檢測報告，確屬我司原因我司承擔(dān)責(zé)任；非我司電池原因，我們出具相應(yīng)報告，對顧客的使用加以指導(dǎo)

質(zhì)保規(guī)則：
質(zhì)量保證期限：視使用方法及使用客戶，質(zhì)保期為三年。
使用說明：鉛酸蓄電池長時間放置三個月要為電池補(bǔ)充電量，放置半年讓電池充放一次，達(dá)到一個循環(huán);使用過 程中，切忌把電放干再充電，對電池影響很大，要 隨用隨充電，充滿為止，但也不要過充、過放電。
包裝：為紙箱，根據(jù)運(yùn)輸距離可打扎帶，可打木箱。 紙箱包裝：1只/箱，采用物流長途運(yùn)輸或兩箱打一個包 裝，節(jié)約運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用。
運(yùn)輸：樣品可采用快遞方式，批 量貨，可采用物流或客車， 部分地區(qū)根據(jù)*經(jīng)銷商情況可采用代收款的方 式或預(yù)付30%--70%定金，余款代收的方式。
驗(yàn)收：不管采用哪種方式運(yùn)輸貨物，請客戶和收貨人一定在承運(yùn)單位當(dāng)事人在場時當(dāng)場查驗(yàn)收貨，查看外包 裝，是否破損，變形，是否沾水，小件可拿起來晃動，聽聽內(nèi)部是否有配件脫落，用手捏一捏內(nèi)部是否有 碎屑或裂縫等，確保我們的貨物和產(chǎn)品安全到達(dá)目的地。若遇到不可抗因素，我們?nèi)娇蓞f(xié)調(diào)解決運(yùn)輸問 題 。

客戶責(zé)任：
1.客戶可憑我公司的采購合同編號，并提供破損蓄電池詳細(xì)照片，客服通過驗(yàn)證后立即向客戶免費(fèi)派發(fā)型號的蓄電池.
2.客戶在收到更換的全新蓄電池后，請立即將損壞的蓄電池發(fā)往供貨公司.
