應(yīng)用
絕緣于污穢、磁、聲、壓力、溫度、加速度、陀螺、位移、液面、轉(zhuǎn)矩、光聲、電流,光纖傳感器可用于位移、震動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、壓力、彎曲、應(yīng)變、速度、加速度、電流、磁場、電壓、濕度、溫度、聲場、流量、濃度、PH值和應(yīng)變等物理量的測量。光纖傳感器的應(yīng)用范圍很廣,幾乎涉及國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和國防上所有重要領(lǐng)域和人們的日常生活,尤其可以安全有效地在惡劣環(huán)境中使用,解決了許多行業(yè)多年來一直存在的技術(shù)難題,具有很大的市場需求。主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面的應(yīng)用:
城市建設(shè)中橋梁、大壩、油田等的干涉陀螺儀和光柵壓力傳感器的應(yīng)用。光纖傳感器可預(yù)埋在混凝土、碳纖維增強(qiáng)塑料及各種復(fù)合材料中,用于測試應(yīng)力松弛、施工應(yīng)力和動(dòng)荷載應(yīng)力,從而評(píng)估橋梁短期施工階段和長期營運(yùn)狀態(tài)的結(jié)構(gòu)性能。
在電力系統(tǒng),需要測定溫度、電流等參數(shù),如對(duì)高壓變壓器和大型電機(jī)的定子、轉(zhuǎn)子內(nèi)的溫度檢測等,由于電類傳感器易受電磁場的干擾,無法在這類場合中使用,只能用光纖傳感器。分布式光纖溫度傳感器是近幾年發(fā)展起來的一種用于實(shí)時(shí)測量空間溫度場分布的高新技術(shù),分布式光纖溫度傳感系統(tǒng)不僅具有普遍光纖傳感器的優(yōu)點(diǎn),還具有對(duì)光纖沿線各點(diǎn)的溫度的分布傳感能力,利用這種特點(diǎn)我們可以連續(xù)實(shí)時(shí)測量光纖沿線幾公里內(nèi)各點(diǎn)溫度,定位精度可達(dá)米的量級(jí),測量精度可達(dá)1度的水平,非常適用大范圍交點(diǎn)測溫的應(yīng)用場合。
此外,光纖傳感器還可以應(yīng)用于鐵路監(jiān)控、火箭推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)以及油井檢測等方面。
光纖同時(shí)具備寬帶、大容量、遠(yuǎn)距離傳輸和可實(shí)現(xiàn)多參數(shù)、分布式、低能耗傳感的顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn)。光纖傳感可以不斷汲取光纖通信的新技術(shù)、新器件,各種光纖傳感器有望在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。
