產品描述
細胞松弛素是細胞滲透性的真菌代謝物,抑制肌動蛋白聚合[1]。這干擾了如細胞運動,生長,吞噬,脫顆粒,和分泌等不同的過程[2-4]。細胞松馳素A是細胞松弛素B的氧化類似物,能*地抑制HIV-1蛋白酶活性(IC50 =3μM)[5]。細胞松弛素A和B不同于其他細胞松弛素,能夠通過競爭性結合葡萄糖轉運子迅速和可逆地抑制葡萄糖轉運(Ki分別為4.0和0.6μM)[6-7]。
