環境條件
1)環境的zui高和zui低溫度應選在允許范圍之內;
2)環境中相對濕度高及有水滴雨淋等場合,應選防水電磁閥;
3)環境中經常有振動,顛簸和沖擊等場合應選特殊品種,例如船用電磁閥;
4)在有腐蝕性或爆炸性環境中的使用應優先根據安全性要求選用耐發蝕型;
5)環境空間若受限制,需選用多功能電磁閥,因其省去了旁路及三只手動閥且便于在線維修。
電源條件
1)根據供電電源種類,分別選用交流和直流電磁閥。一般來說交流電源取用方便;
2)電壓規格用盡量優先選用AC220V.DC24V;
3)電源電壓波動通常交流選用+%10%.-15%,直流允許±%10左右,如若超差,須采取穩壓措施;
4)應根據電源容量選擇額定電流和消耗功率。須注意交流起動時VA值較高,在容量不足時應優先選用間接導式電磁閥。
