水泥標準養(yǎng)護箱是根據(jù)國家GB/T17671《水泥膠砂強度檢驗方法》對水泥試件養(yǎng)護的要求設(shè)計制造的，操作簡單，有電熱升溫和制冷降溫裝置，適用于大、中、小型水泥廠，建筑和建工部門
一、產(chǎn)品概述：（箱體中傳感器上的白色塑料水盒內(nèi)需加滿水、切勿斷水）

在原有產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上，進行一系列改進，箱門采用磁力膠條封閉，保溫層采用保溫效果較好的發(fā)泡，內(nèi)部增設(shè)了制冷機組、運行平穩(wěn)、噪音小，加熱器為銅管加工而成、防銹防腐，加濕裝置、造型美觀，控制器控溫控濕精度高等一系列優(yōu)點，在使用說明中增設(shè)了用戶故障自己排除檢修表，做為用戶在檢修時給廠方提供記錄的依據(jù)，以使我廠的養(yǎng)護箱在生產(chǎn)過程中得以改進，使產(chǎn)品做到經(jīng)久耐用達到用戶的使用要求。

三、結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理：
1、結(jié)構(gòu)
箱體采用內(nèi)外兩層，由外箱體和內(nèi)箱體，外箱體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋鋼板，內(nèi)箱體采用不銹鋼板，擱板采用不銹鋼型材制成，防腐蝕性好。內(nèi)箱體下邊的水箱用于加熱及輔助增濕，增濕系統(tǒng)以超聲波增濕儀為主，水加熱蒸發(fā)為輔，自動控制系統(tǒng)由控溫儀及控濕儀表按給定的溫、濕度制冷，加熱以及增濕實行自動切換，箱內(nèi)溫、濕度由儀表數(shù)字顯示。
2、工作原理
溫控：當箱內(nèi)溫度低于溫控儀下限給定值時，溫控儀輸出加熱信號指令電熱原件開始工作，反之溫度高于上限給定值時，溫控儀指令制冷系統(tǒng)工作，當箱內(nèi)溫度達到所需要求時，即自動停止加熱或制冷。
濕控：采用超聲波加濕器增濕，能保證箱內(nèi)濕度達到≥95％,由溫控儀自動控制增濕裝置，當濕度＜95％時，溫控儀指令增濕器工作，達到回差值后，自動停止工作，回差值應(yīng)調(diào)在0-1℃，不易過大。
四、使用方法：
1、箱體就位，調(diào)好水平，接好地線，靜止24小時，向水箱內(nèi)加清潔水，水位超過加熱管。
2、打開箱門，取出增濕器。開側(cè)門，將增濕器放入上托盤上，取下透明水箱，反過來，逆時針旋下水箱蓋，加滿清潔水（蒸餾水），加完水后旋上水箱蓋，放回增濕器母體，然后將增濕器噴嘴按上，zui后將增濕器插頭插入側(cè)門內(nèi)插座。打開電源開關(guān)，將噴霧旋扭調(diào)節(jié)到zui大位置。養(yǎng)護箱溫控儀溫度、濕度出廠時已調(diào)好。
3、接通電源，使儀器開始工作，待箱內(nèi)溫濕度達到給定值時，再放入試件，加熱和制冷嚴禁同時進行。
