Syrris流動合成系統成功用于納米粒子的合成
閱讀:1620 發布時間:2013-7-4流動化學系統具有傳遞性能好、混合時間短、可實現流體間的快速均勻混合等特點而引起了眾多學者和生產者的極大關注。針對傳統方法不易控制納米粒子的粒徑分布及形貌等缺點,利用Syrris流動化學系統的微通道芯片反應器,改變反應溫度、停留時間等參數,可以的調控所合成粒子的性能,同時可以將顆粒的成核及生長過程分開進行,為研究納米顆粒的形成過程提供了一個良好的途徑。
文獻:Gold Nanoparticles Synthesis in a Flow Microreactor Stabilized with a PVA (polyvinyl alcohol)
The aim of this study was to produce gold nanoparticles by reduction of gold (III)chloride complexions ([AuCl4]) with sodium borohydride (NaBH4) in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as a stabilizer. The influence of temperature and the flow rate on the size and distribution of obtained nanoparticles were studied.
