CMCC 51572 福氏志賀氏菌
感謝您使用本單位的微生物菌種,我們有可用于科研、教學(xué)、生產(chǎn)的菌種,基本覆蓋了環(huán)境、工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、分析、食、藥用真菌行業(yè)各類生產(chǎn)和科研用微生物,其中許多優(yōu)良菌株的生產(chǎn)性能具有較高水平。
凍干菌種的復(fù)蘇培養(yǎng):
1凍干管開封:用浸%過75酒精的脫脂棉擦凈凍干管,用火焰加熱其頂端,滴少量無菌水至加熱頂端使之破裂,用銼刀或鑷子敲下已破裂的凍干管頂端。
2菌種恢復(fù)培養(yǎng):用無菌吸管 0.3-0.5毫升適宜到液體培養(yǎng)基,滴入凍干管內(nèi)輕輕振蕩,使凍干菌體溶解呈懸浮狀,吸取全部菌體懸浮液,移植于1-2支建議的斜面培養(yǎng)基上,并在建議的溫度下培養(yǎng)。
注意事項(xiàng)
1、微生物菌種應(yīng)保藏于低溫、清潔和干燥的地方,室溫放置時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)會(huì)導(dǎo)致菌種衰退;
2、菌種操作應(yīng)在無菌條件下進(jìn)行,防止雜菌污染;
3、斜面菌種保藏時(shí)間通常為3-6個(gè)月,應(yīng)根據(jù)菌種狀況及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)接;凍干菌種保藏時(shí)間通常為2-15年;
