SMC AR系列減壓閥結構原理
下圖是SMC AR平衡式直動式減壓閥結構原理圖。閥芯的下部與二次側壓力相通,故閥芯上下所受氣壓力是平衡的,壓力的變動(不論是一次側還是二次側)不影響閥芯上下氣壓力的平衡,故這種結構形式的壓力特性好。
SMC膜片式減壓閥的工作原理是:將手輪外拉,見到黃色圈后,順時針旋轉手輪,調壓彈簧被壓縮,推動膜片組件下移,通過閥桿,打開閥芯,則進氣口壓力經閥芯節流降壓,有壓力輸出。出口壓力氣體經反饋管浸入膜片下腔,在膜片上產生一個向上的推力。當此推力與調壓彈簧平衡時,出口壓力便穩定在一定值。
逆時針旋轉手輪,調壓彈簧力不斷減小,閥芯逐漸關閉,膜片下腔中的壓縮空氣,經溢流閥不斷從排氣孔排處,直至zui后出口壓力降為零。
調壓完成后,將手輪壓回,手輪被鎖住,以保持設定壓力一定。故稱為鎖定型手輪。
溢流式減壓閥常用于二次側負載變動的場合,如進行頻繁調整的場合、二次側有容器(如氣缸)的場合。在使用過程中,經常要從溢流孔排出少量氣體。當介質為有害氣體的氣路中,為防止污染工作場所,應選用無溢流孔的減壓閥,即非溢流式減壓閥。非溢流式減壓閥也常用于經常耗氣的吹氣系統和氣馬達。
