　　　　DF101S集熱攪拌器電機選用直流大功率電機,攪拌力矩大、噪音小。特制不銹鋼加熱管在800℃高溫中老化24小時。絕緣電阻>1000MΩ,干燒時安全。磁鋼選用目前磁力強的“釹鐵硼”永磁做轉(zhuǎn)子，確保足夠的吸力和扭矩。

結(jié)構(gòu)合理

　　　　DF101S集熱攪拌器集熱鍋用不銹鋼沖壓而成，與特制加熱管和耐高溫密封組合，可加水（水浴）、加油（油浴），以及干燒，也是本機主要優(yōu)點所在，加熱部分與電氣箱之間采用散熱板隔離，在高溫加熱攪拌下，不影響整機電氣性能。
