本試驗臺是針對各種絕緣材料制成產品在生產線環節做在線高壓耐壓檢測使用，本試驗臺可一次檢測100個產品，通過電壓擊穿試驗儀設置好升壓速率和耐壓及裝卡好試樣后，試驗臺上下電極固定板會自動合攏，試樣夾具會自動加緊試驗，夾住試樣，并自動升壓至設置電壓，當耐壓時間到時，自動切斷試驗電壓并自動抬起到初始位置，耐壓檢測過程中，如果某一個試樣的耐壓強度不夠被擊穿時，系統會自動切斷改產品回路的電壓，并記錄耐壓時間，同時其他被測樣品耐壓檢測正常進行，被測時間到后，系統會自動提示不合格產品的標號（1-100號），當試驗完畢后方可檢出不合格產品。本試驗臺控制系統采用真彩觸摸屏顯示方式。操作軟件界面包含設置參數及試驗參數等可選項，系統運行可靠，故障率極低，可以運用在生產線上大批量檢測絕緣類產品。
