袋內(nèi)裝有一塊用于表面拭取樣的海棉（3.8X7.6X1.5cm）。使用時打開采樣袋，加入釋釋肉湯浸濕海棉（有預(yù)濕的采樣袋可選擇），然后在被檢物表面進(jìn)行擦拭取樣，zui后將海棉裝入采樣袋，帶回實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行檢測。可直接將培養(yǎng)基倒入進(jìn)行定性檢測，也可樣品與稀釋液均質(zhì)涂板定量檢測。4mil厚的采樣袋可用于均質(zhì)機(jī)均質(zhì)。
