產品說明:5-氨基-7-羥基-1H-連三唑駢（－d－）嘧啶。是堿基類似物之一。已知它是鳥便嘌呤的代謝抑制物，對細胞發育起阻礙作用。給予鳥嘌呤或鳥苷則可解除阻礙作用。一般認為一當納入核酸便顯示阻礙作用，但它也對嘌呤核苷酸生物合成階段起阻礙作用。
