氣溶膠采樣器是一種高效的玻璃制收集裝置,與大流量負壓泵配合使用,將生物氣溶膠收集到液體中保持很大限度的生物活性 ,也可捕獲空氣中的微生物進行分析。
氣溶膠采樣器的內部,采用了專業性設計以便減少顆粒反彈來保持生物活性。
產品特點:
· 適用于空氣傳播的細菌、真菌、花粉、病毒、內毒素、真菌毒素和其它碎片
· 用優質玻璃制成-可高壓滅菌,可重復使用
· 克服了撞擊式采樣器采樣問題
· 三個切向噴嘴以特定角度噴射粒子到內壁,從而減少了顆粒反彈并保持了微生物的完整性
· 旋旋流液體收集方法很大程度上減少再氣溶膠化,溫和地夾帶生物氣溶膠,以保持生物活性
· 可使用粘度高于水的非揮發收集液,例如:ViaTrap®礦物油等
· 與 ViaTrap® 礦物油一起使用時,采集效率在 8 小時的采樣期內保持恒定
· 采集的樣品適用生長培養、顯微鏡計數、生化分析、免疫分析、聚合酶鏈反應(PCR)等
