電腦核酸蛋白檢測儀HD-3000
一.HD-3000型電腦核酸蛋白檢測儀產品簡介:HD-3000型:波長:214、254、280nm。LED數字顯示。樣品池 :80微升,光程3毫米。HD-3000型:可實現電腦繪圖,保存數據分析和計算(電腦另配),量程:0-100%T、0.2A,RS232串行口。
一.HD-3000型概述
核酸蛋白檢測儀、紫外檢測儀是液湘色譜儀中的一種紫外檢測裝置,該儀器配有層析柱、恒流泵、部分收集器等,即組成一套完整的液色湘色譜分離分析系統。它可應用于現代生物學研究,藥物測定、農業科研、化工、食品及醫療單位對具有紫外吸收的樣品作定量分析。HD-3000型主要元器件均采用進口,儀器全部采用LED數字顯示,使用方便。
1.HD-3000型除配有輸出10 mV 記錄儀信號外,還配有輸出適合計算機積分儀的輸口,這樣很方便構成色譜工作站系統。(可同時進行計算機和記錄儀信號輸出,亦可省去記錄儀)
2.HD-3000型的數字顯示設計為固定光吸收,A 顯示計算機用和可變量程光吸收A顯示記錄儀用兩種可選模式,這樣可方便于規范化讀數,同時亦可根據科研需要進行可變量程的高靈敏度讀數,這樣可方便于對低濃度樣品檢測。
3.HD-3000型采用新型進口IP28 光電倍增管和改進型電路結構,使儀器工作更為穩定可靠。
二.HD-3000型主要技術性能
(1)核酸蛋白檢測儀提供波長:254nm 、280nm 。
