These arrays consist of high quality, uniform CNTs suitable for research and product development in a variety of areas such as microelectronics, sensors, power applications, etc.

- High quality, vertically aligned CNT on a quartz substrate (other substrates may be available on request)
- Produced by patented single source precursor method in CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)
