單沖壓片機技術參數：

Technical parameter for single punch tablet press machine:

壓片機的沖頭的潔凈與保養：

1、可以用銅絲刷拋去沖頭上的粘附物后，再用絨布粘少許研磨膏打光片形面。不要用鋼絲刷拋，否則很容易劃傷片形表面。

2、若粘附物很硬不好直接去除時，可將沖頭浸泡在熱水中數分鐘后，即可容易去掉粘附物，并及時擦干水分防銹。

3、用戶處若無車床時，好從市場上購置沖模拋光機進行，價格也不貴。

4、另外、也要從藥料方面分析一下原因，脫模劑（潤滑劑）是否加的少，可以適量（5-10%）加些硬質酸鎂潤滑劑。

壓片機工作過程介紹：

1、利用加料器向中模孔中填充藥物。

2、上沖的沖頭部位(其工作位置朝下)自中模孔上端落入中模孔，并下行一定行程，將藥粉壓制成片。

3、上沖提升出孔。下沖上升將藥片頂出中模孔，完成一次壓片過程。

4、下沖的沖頭部位(其工作位置朝上)由中?？紫露松烊胫心？字校庾≈心？椎?。

5、下沖降到原位，準備下一次填充。
