性能簡介

    本型氫化物發生器用于氫化物原子吸收光譜法（HAAS）測定痕量元素（砷As、硒Se、銻Sb、鉍Bi、錫Sn、鉛Pb、碲Te、鍺Ge、鎘Cd、汞Hg）

優異性能

1. 靈敏度高：本型為取樣量少的流動注射型（單次測定取樣2－2.5ml）氫化物發生器,靈敏度與檢出限都。

以下是任選一臺本型氫化物發生器靈敏度（ng/mL/1%A）的實測數據：

JK-HG-103型氫化物發生器和高性能空心陰極燈測得。出廠檢查測定砷，指標:<0.15ng/mL/1%A。實際控制在0.08左右。根據原子吸收主機性能的不同所測靈敏度也不同。

   2.穩定性好：出廠指標RSD相對標準偏差，即變異系數<3%（實際可小于1.5%）。測定砷；吸光度在0.2-0.5之間,測定11次計算。

   3.檢出限低：以3倍標準偏差計算,數值約為靈敏度數值的2/3（單位為ng/mL）可滿足試樣中低達0.01－0.1ppm的測定要求。

   4.效率高：不包括試樣前處理,單次測定時間小于30秒。

   5.使用條件*化調定：除載氣外,無勞優選。溶液用量（每次）：試樣2-3mL（包括清洗,可根據用戶特殊需要進行改裝，zui小可達0. 6ml）載液4-6mL、硼氫化鉀１-1.5mL。   

   6.自動化程度高：只須按一下啟動鍵即可自動完成進樣、發生、讀數、（主機需有遙控自動讀數功能）清洗全過程。

   7.適應性強：國內外新老型號原子吸收分光光度計都可配用,可用峰高讀數,也可用連續法讀數（瞬時或積分）,還可用目視法或記錄儀讀峰高。并可配用塞曼型主機（日立或北京地質儀器GGX－6）。

   8.連續工作時間無限制：沒有一般發生器在氣體輸出管內聚積冷凝水需停機清除，否則可進入吸收管,再濺到透鏡上的缺點。也不需使用干燥劑。

   9.重量輕體積小：凈重約２kg,長150mm、寬125mm、高205mm。

   10.質量穩定，故障率低，安裝簡便，維修方便。

JK-HG-103型氫化物發生器專有新技術

   1.吳氏氣動自動化技術：利用載氣氣源壓力作能源,用自研自產的氣動元器件完成溶液的自動定量量取、穩流輸送（取代蠕動泵）、清洗、程序─時間控制等。

   2.精巧無比的電熱石英吸收管：經特殊處理的電熱絲,緊密均勻地纏繞在石英管上而不短路,裝卸和調節位置都十分方便，溫度穩定。是*可裝到塞曼型主機磁極間的吸收管。壽命約500小時。

   3.高性能空心陰極燈的典型應用：全部８種氫化物元素都有“高性能空心陰極燈”*發明人吳廷照。（國家發明證書編號01－4－006－01）,發射強度大,靈敏度高。可用特大通帶寬度（1－2nm）靈敏度不下降而發射強度再提高許多倍,使砷和硒不再是弱發射燈。鉛可用217.0nm,靈敏度可與zui高的砷相當。仍由主機供電,不需外加電源，我公司配電流分配器。空心陰極燈需另行購買（本公司有售）

   4;提高原子化效率的特殊措施，此措施是電動型無法做到的。

Performance Overview

The hydride generator can measure trace element with the method of hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry(HAAS)（As、Se、Sb、Bi、Sn、Pb、Te、Ge、Cd、Hg）

Excellent performance

1.High sensitivity: This is a kind of flow injection type (sample: 2-2.5ml/every measurement) hydride generator which needs less sample, the sensitivity and detection limits are both excellent.

2. Stability: the relative standard deviation RSD factory index, the coefficient of variation "3% (actual may be less than 1.5%). Determination of Arsenic; absorbance between 0.2-0.5, measured 11 times calculations.

3. Low detection limit:if 3 times the standard deviation, the value is about 2 if the sensitivity value is 3 (unit is ng / mL) ,can meet the measurement requirements of 0.01-0.1ppm in the sample

1. Pneumatic automation technology: the pressure of gas source is energy,use the pneumatic components researched and produced by our factory to automatically get solution, steady flow delivery(instead of peristaltic pump), cleaning, process─ time control,etc.

Compact electric quartz absorption tube: The the electric wire specially treated, tightly binds the quartz tube and no short-circuitting, convenient for assembling and unassembling,has stable temperature. It is the only type of absorption tube can be equipped with the host,lifetime is about 500 hours.
