根據白酒檢測需求,滕州市翔鷹分析技術有限公司自制了鄰苯二甲酸二壬酯(DNP)填充色譜柱并用于白酒中微量成分的色譜分析。考察了固定相的組成(DNP和吐溫)對檢測白酒中微量成分的影響。

          建立GC7990氣相色譜儀對白酒樣品定性定量的新方法,實驗結果表明,在選定的色譜條件下能夠分析出12種微量成分和1種內標物質。儀器穩定性較好,白酒標樣檢測重現性較好,RSD在0.27%~2.96%之間(n=6),符合國家標準對檢測的要求。

   Establish GC7990 gas chromatograph new method for quantitative identification of liquor samples, the experimental results show that under the selected chromatographic conditions to analyze the 12 kinds of trace elements and one kind of internal standard substance. The prototype test instrument has good stability, liquor has good reproducibility, RSD between 0.27% ~ 0.27% (n = 6), in line with the requirements of national standards for testing.
