工作原理 把滿足要求的電解水(電阻率大于1MΩ/cm,電子或分析行業用的去離子水或二次蒸餾水皆可)送入電解槽陽極室,通電后水便立刻在陽極分解:2H2O=4H++ 2O-2,分解成的負氧離子(O-2),隨即在陽極放出電子,形成氧氣(O2),從陽極室排出,攜帶部份水進入水槽,水可循環使用,氧氣從水槽上蓋小孔放入大氣。氫質子以水合離子(H+•XH2O)的形式,在電場力的作用下,通過SPE離子膜,到達陰極吸收電子形成氫氣,從陰極室排出后,進入氣水分離器,在此除去從電解槽攜帶出的大部分水份,含微量水份的氫氣再經干燥器吸濕后,純度便達到99.999%以上。
該產品對于大氣量高純氫的場合均可使用,可為多臺氣象色譜儀供氣源,為吸氫合金充氫,及實驗室加氫,還原焰,還原氣體保護,太陽能,風能發電儲能等使用。
