TheGPS Variable GainHanger Re-Radiating Kit（VGHNRRKIT） isacompletere-radiatingsystem that allowsre-radiationoftheGPSL1signalindoors. TheVGHNRRKITconsistsofanactiveroofantenna, are-radiatingamplifierwithavariablegainknobthatallowsforeasygainadjustmentfrom-3dBto
23dB,awallmountplug-intransformerthatpowerstheentiresystem,andanL1passivere-radiating antenna. TheGPSL1signalfromtheroofantennaisamplified,adjustedappropriayandradiated indoors.Thus,ifareceiverhaslineofsightwiththere-radiatingantenna,itcanreceivetheGPSsignal indoorsupto100feetaway.
