德國pilz皮爾茲繼電器與普通繼電器的區別德國pilz皮爾茲安全繼電器的原理
1、皮爾茲電磁繼電器的工作原理和特性; 電磁式繼電器一般由鐵芯、線圈、銜鐵、觸點簧片等組成的。只要在線圈兩端加上一定的電壓,線圈中就會流過一定的電流,從而產生電磁效應,銜鐵就會在電磁力吸引的作用下克服返回彈簧的拉力吸向鐵芯,從而帶動銜鐵的動觸點與靜觸點(常開觸點)吸合。當線圈斷電后,電磁的吸力也隨之消失,銜鐵就會在彈簧的反作用力返回原來的位置,使動觸點與原來的靜觸點(常閉觸點)吸合。這樣吸合、釋放,從而達到了在電路中的導通、切斷的目的。對于繼電器的“常開、常閉”觸點,可以這樣來區分:繼電器線圈未通電時處于斷開狀態的靜觸點,稱為“常開觸點”;處于接通狀態的靜觸點稱為“常閉觸點”。
2、pilz熱敏干簧繼電器的工作原理和特性; 熱敏干簧繼電器是一種利用熱敏磁性材料檢測和控制溫度的新型熱敏開關。它由感溫磁環、恒磁環、干簧管、導熱安裝片、塑料襯底及其他一些附件組成。熱敏干簧繼電器不用線圈勵磁,而由恒磁環產生的磁力驅動開關動作。恒磁環能否向干簧管提供磁力是由感溫磁環的溫控特性決定的。
3、pilz固態繼電器(ssr)的工作原理和特性; 固態繼電器是一種兩個接線端為輸入端,另兩個接線端為輸出端的四端器件,中間采用隔離器件實現輸入輸出的電隔離
對PILZ安全電路的要求:
1、在緊急停止解除時,機器不能出現突然再啟動
2、萬一機器安全電路發生故障時,可以停止機器動力電源
3、安全電路發生故障時,機器不能再啟動 像安全開關、光幕等確認安全的輸入,無法做到上述功能,那么,怎樣才能做到安全電路呢?時候雙重電路就可以了? 單靠雙重化是不行的。雙重化是必要的,但是除此之外,比備如下幾個條件,雙重化電路的互相檢查,確認所有安全電路已經斷開一次,必要時由作業者操作便可以啟動等條件。還有從另一個角度來說,輸入的開關接線短路或電線外皮破損而引起的接地的可能性時,必須預防因此而引起的機器突然啟動。 實際上,為了方便安全電路的構成,將安全繼電器和其他組件組合配套,把基本的緊急停止電路、安全電路組成電路模塊的產品稱為安全繼電器模塊。
德國PILZ皮爾茲時間繼電器是一種利用電磁原理或機械原理實現延時控制的控制電器。它的種類很多,有空氣阻尼型、電動型和電子型等。
在交流電路中常采用空氣阻尼型德國PILZ皮爾茲時間繼電器 ,它是利用空氣通過小孔節流的原理來獲得延時動作的。它由電磁系統、延時機構和觸點三部分組成。
時間繼電器可分為通電延時型和斷電延時型兩種類型。
空氣阻尼型時間繼電器的延時范圍大(有0.4~60s和0.4~180s兩種) ,它結構簡單,但準確度較低。
當線圈通電(電壓規格有AC380V、AC220V或DC220V、DC24V等)時,銜鐵及托板被鐵心吸引而瞬時下移,使瞬時動作觸點接通或斷開。但是活塞桿和杠桿不能同時跟著銜鐵一起下落,因為活塞桿的上端連著氣室中的橡皮膜,當活塞桿在釋放彈簧的作用下開始向下運動時,橡皮膜隨之向下凹, 上面空氣室的空氣變得稀薄而使活塞桿受到阻尼作用而緩慢下降。經過一定時間,活塞桿下降到一定位置,便通過杠桿推動延時觸點動作,使動斷觸點斷開,動合觸點閉合。從線圈通電到延時觸點完成動作,這段時間就是繼電器的延時時間。延時時間的長短可以用螺釘調節空氣室進氣孔的大小來改變。
吸引線圈斷電后,繼電器依靠恢復彈簧的作用而復原。空氣經出氣孔被迅速排出。
